Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the sea and next to lovely restaurants and the castle. The rooms were so spacious, with a large bathroom and a generous entrance lobby, reflecting a really modern feel. The service was on point, with surprises like a bottle of Spumante and pastries delivered to our door. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide range of delicious foods. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool along the waterfront with stunning views.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and faced the sea and Mt. with lovely panoramic views. The reception staff was very obliging. The only downside is that they should give at least one complimentary bottle of water in the rooms.
The hotel is perfectly situated right on the water, offering amazing views of the castle and a great spot for people-watching on the balcony above Lungomare. The rooms, though impacted by the ongoing building works, are spacious and have big balconies, especially in the main building close to the facilities. The service was lovely, though one might expect a bit more patience when taking orders. The dining experience was excellent with a romantic view of Napoli Bay, offering a variety of fresh and plentiful Italian choices. The location is larger than pictured, making it a wonderful sun trap right in the city center. The facilities are nice and varied, providing all that one could need during the stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! Right by the sea with a stunning view and plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were of great quality, and the balcony overlooking the sea and castle was a real treat. However, the noise from the surroundings could be a bit distracting at times.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony, but they desperately needed renovation. The standard business room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable, boasting a lovely little veranda. However, the service left much to be desired with unexpected extra charges and some unfriendly encounters. The location was convenient but had its drawbacks with trade stalls occupying much of the area. The dining options were a bit hit or miss, with some items missing and not replenished promptly. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel had some positive points worth noting.
The hotel provided a mix of positives and negatives during my stay. The rooms were silent, spacious, and nicely decorated with elegant wooden features, but they felt a bit small with limited facilities. The service was not initially communicative, but they quickly addressed our concerns and moved us to a room with an amazing balcony and view of the Gulf of Naples. The location was convenient with restaurants nearby and a fabulous panoramic view of the bay, although it wasn't always ideal to return to the center of Naples. The dining experience offered an outstanding setting overlooking the water, but the limited variety in daily hot dishes and fruit options was disappointing.
My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! The location is superb, right by the sea with breathtaking views of Castel Dell'Ovo and within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were cozy, although the king bed felt a bit off balance. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Laura and Olga at the reception. While the dining options were a bit limited, the self-service made things quick and easy. Overall, a really great stay with minor room for improvement.
The hotel is located in a great spot, overlooking the sea and the castle, offering magnificent views. The rooms are comfortable but may be dark and close to noisy vents, affecting the overall experience. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, making the stay welcoming. The dining options meet expectations, especially with the priceless view from the restaurant. The facilities are basic but sufficient for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers a good size room with partial or full sea views, though some room amenities need improvement. The staff is helpful and accommodating, although some mishaps occurred. The location is spectacular with beautiful sea views and close proximity to restaurants. The dining options are varied but lack some local specialties. Overall, a decent choice with room for enhancement.
The hotel was a bit old but clean, with noticeable wear and tear on the walls. The service was kind and helpful, offering assistance in getting around. The location was excellent, overlooking the bay with easy access to restaurants and bars. The dining options were varied, with a decent menu. The facilities included a lovely rooftop area with an outdoor pool and spa services.
The hotel boasts a fantastic location, offering stunning views of the bay and a convenient position for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are of standard European size with a King bed, though some maintenance issues like a musty smell from the air conditioning were present. The service showed a mix of pleasant and helpful interactions, alongside some organizational challenges. The dining experience, while providing average offerings, excelled in location and content. The facilities were adequate, though some improvements could enhance the overall guest experience.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were excellent, with a good size balcony offering stunning views of Ovo Castle, the Marina, and the Bay of Naples, but the noise level at around midnight was very bad. The service was very polite and useful overall, with staff members carrying out their jobs professionally yet warmly, although some instances of rudeness were noted. The location was an added bonus, with lovely views across the Bay of Naples, near the center of Naples, and right in front of Castel dell'Ovo, but the weekend nights were very noisy due to street activities. The dining experience was decent, offering plenty of choices for breakfast with a beautiful sea view but lacking fresh eggs and good coffee. The facilities were satisfactory, enhancing the overall stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel overlooks Castello d'Ovo with stunning views all around. The rooms were a mixed bag - fair value for money but had a small water leak and were not ready upon check-in. The service, especially from Antonio at the bar, was exceptional, although an incident with a scammer left a bit of a sour taste. The location was both spectacular and convenient, right by the sea and central enough to explore on foot. The dining experience offered a nice selection, although not as good as other places I've been. Overall, a memorable stay with its ups and downs.
The hotel offers incredible sea views, spacious rooms perfect for families, and a beautiful setting facing the castle overlooking Naples harbor with Capri in the distance. The service is friendly and accommodating, though some staff have mixed opinions about Naples. The location is superb, ideal for exploring nearby restaurants, the castle, and convenient for wheelchair users. The dining experience is enjoyable with a variety of freshly prepared options. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained and provide a relaxing stay.
I felt like I was in my own little apartment with a fantastic view and two small fridges stocked with free drinks. The room was huge, the bed was super comfy, and the living room area was perfect for relaxing. The tea and coffee facilities were basic but handy. The design was a bit plain, but the room was undeniably spacious and cozy.
